Australia's BNPL market is one of the fastest-growing in the world.

The dental sector is dramatically underserved by consumer finance. DentiCare® has been processing payment plans since 2003 — managing over $620M in annual transactions today. Payon Capital is the dedicated funding vehicle behind that growth.

Market momentum is only half the story. The real opportunity lies in our ability to capture that growth through the DentiCare® payments ecosystem.

By leveraging established infrastructure in a market projected to grow from $31.34 billion to $67.07 billion by 2031, we provide investors with a vehicle designed not just to follow trends, but to lead them.

A clean structure. Traceable at every step.

The mechanism is the same one DentiCare® practices have used for two decades. Capital flows in one direction, returns flow back — documented, audited, governed by a formal Loan Agreement and a registered general security agreement.
