You invest.
Wholesale investors subscribe to units at $50,000 per unit (minimum 5 units / $250,000) in the Payon Capital Unit Trust. Application is via the Application Form in the IM.
STEP 2
BNPL is deployed
Funds are lent to DentiCare® Payment Solutions, which extends BNPL/LCCC payment plans (up to $2,000) to dental patients across 2,000+ partner practices nationally.
STEP 3
Repayments collected
DentiCare and Payon Capital collect fortnightly repayments from patients, generating revenue through service fees. Australian Collections Agency handles enforcement if needed.
STEP 4
You are paid
At the end of the 36-month term, your principal plus compounding interest is repaid as a lump sum. Investors may request to extend for a further 24 months at the Fund Manager's discretion.
